Art and Talent Director Role

We are seeking a skilled Art and Talent Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of artist management campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with artists and talent to develop content creation strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Support in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.
  • Assist in reviewing content to ensure it meets brand standards before distribution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage artist schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and artistic strengths.
  • Support Senior Directors in executing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, supporting their growth, career success, and industry trend awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist management
  • Strong knowledge of art trends and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
