Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This position is ideal for highly skilled individuals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence in graphic design. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting detailed, visually rich prompts that direct AI tools to generate stunning visuals and videos.

The role involves translating creative briefs into AI-friendly inputs while retaining emotional and brand resonance. This requires a strong eye for aesthetics, as well as excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

About the Role:
  • Craft detailed, visually rich prompts for AI tools to generate photo-realistic images, cinematic videos, and stylized visual content.
  • Translate creative briefs into AI-friendly inputs while retaining emotional and brand resonance.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and content leads to bring ideas to life using generative tools.
  • Constantly test, refine, and experiment with various platforms to improve visual outputs.
  • Build a structured prompt + output library for future use and optimization.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or motion design.
  • A strong understanding of AI content tools and their capabilities.
  • Excellent command of language - the ability to describe visuals in a way that machines and humans can understand.
  • A passion for experimentation and emerging creative technologies.
  • A portfolio that showcases a mix of design work and AI-generated visuals/videos.
Must Haves:
  • Basic editing skills in Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in creating digital-first brand content.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
