About the Role

We seek talented individuals to join our R&D team, focusing on design quality, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, and software engineering.

R&D - Design Quality

Create a Quality culture by driving compliance activities around specific products, sites or regions. This includes being responsible for total quality management systems and driving Quality metrics.

  • Experience in Medical Device QMS processes.
  • Ability to organize, drive rigorous compliance of and lead successful QMS processes at medical device facilities.
  • Communicate complex messages and negotiate mainly internally with others to adopt different points of view.

R&D - Mechanical Engineering

Opportunity to work from scratch, responsible for development of Lab Infrastructure, New Products, Installed Base and Advanced Technology Developments.

  • Depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with other functional areas that would help build products; working knowledge of competition and factors that differentiate them in market.
  • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.

R&D - Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Lead/contribute to Electrical & Electronics technical solutions and products.

  • Expertise in India & global Medical Devices Design Controls, Quality Management System, Standards & Regulations.
  • Design, analyze, integrate and document products, systems or subsystems.

R&D - Software Engineering

Execute organization's strategy, providing clearly defined success criteria and levels of accountability for individuals in team.

  • Deliver high Quality software at sustainable speed, maintaining advanced level of software craftsmanship as established by SW CoE.
