We're seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence.

  • This role requires strong technical expertise blended with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities

SAP B1 Expertise

  • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements, configuring modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customizing workflows to align with business needs.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and overseeing their technical implementation.
Process Improvement & Automation

Data Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management), ensuring data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
Leadership & Mentorship

Tech Leadership

  • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues, developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/IT from a reputable institution.

Work Experience

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles, proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).

Soft Skills
