Solution Architect Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to define and execute the strategy for our Pharma practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop a strategic plan to position and offer our Pharma practice effectively.
  • Provide guidance and intel to the GTM teams as they operationalize Pharma growth strategies.
  • Lead conversations with Enterprise stakeholders to assess their current state and identify problems of business value.
  • Design best-in-class solutions for identified problems in collaboration with the research and operations practice.
  • Lead teams to design and create effective working processes.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored data and analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in estimating and aligning realistic end-to-end data science project roadmaps.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through mentoring, promoting continuous learning, and instilling innovation.
  • Translate technical insights into business value, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in decision-making.
  • Present complex data science problems clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bridge the communication divide between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional business communication and persuasion skills.

Requirements:



  • Expertise in leading data and analytics projects in Pharma Manufacturing.
  • Experience in solution design for multiple functional areas within Pharma.
  • Ability to synthesize and present elegant data stories and business presentations.
  • Ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders in Global Enterprises.
  • Ability to manage teams and foster growth.

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative projects that drive business growth and innovation.
