Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled software professional to develop innovative applications and optimize technical options for efficient application development, maintenance, and performance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in design patterns, proven solutions, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret application/feature/component design and develop it according to specifications
  • Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages
  • Validate results with user representatives and integrate/commission the overall solution
  • Select appropriate technical options for development, such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components or creating new solutions
  • Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction
  • Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback on team members' FAST goals

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Node.Js, Typescript, and Aws
  • Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards)
  • Adherence to project schedule/timelines
  • Number of technical issues uncovered during project execution
  • Number of defects in code
  • Number of defects post delivery
  • Number of non-compliance issues
  • On-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings

Expected Outputs:

  • Code as per design
  • Follow coding standards, templates, and checklists
