Supply Chain Optimization Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing and transforming global supply chain operations using the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Process Experts / Owners & Users community to collect business requirements, participate in solution design and development for Solution Enhancements
  • Develop delivery plans for enhancements (resource allocation, priority setup, scheduling…)
  • Make decisions between internal and/or external delivery
  • Manage external Kinaxis skilled resources (if required)
  • Specify, realize, test and handover solution basic enhancements (workbooks)
  • Take over bug fixing (level 2) and interact with Kinaxis support teams if required
  • Organize solution release management from QUAL to PROD instance (IPK, data model change…) and project deployment.
  • Organize (accountability) / Perform solution upgrades jointly with Kinaxis support teams

Requirements:

  • Basic skills in Supply Chain
  • Advanced Kinaxis skills
  • 5 years of experience in the following Kinaxis
  • Some SAP background would be appreciated.
  • Excellent communication / consulting skills/ presentation skills
  • Collaborative worker with a positive attitude in a multicultural and global environment
  • Ability to communicate with client business, technical resources, and management.
  • Strong expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • University degree, preferable in IT & Supply Chain
  • Exposure in the following Supply Chain areas:
  • APS implementation
  • ERP implementation
  • Availability to international travelling as required 25% of the working time
  • Availability to work remote when required or to adapt to other time zones

Qualifications:

8-10years of work experience with minimum 5years of Kinaxis experience

Kinaxis Author level 1 certification is mandatory
