Technical Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to spearhead our software development efforts. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting technical solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect technical solutions for business problems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain software systems.
  • Implement new features and modifications to existing software.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong coding experience in Java, J2EE, SQL, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge in Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Docker.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, including Jenkins/GitLab and ArgoCD.
  • Knowledge of REST API design and implementation.
  • Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, multi-tier architecture, and services-oriented architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to learn and master internal frameworks quickly.
  • Deep knowledge of writing complex unit tests.
  • XML knowledge and generating Java data binding code from XSDs.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Experience developing complex financial applications.

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Java developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
