Job Description

Serve as the end-to-end (E2E) responsible consultant for all GTS topics, including compliance, customs, and trade preferences.

Configure and maintain SAP GTS modules to ensure effective integration with feeder systems like SAP SD, MM, and TM.

Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities for new implementations and enhancements.

Provide day-to-day functional support, issue resolution, and ticket handling for SAP GTS.

Work closely with business users to understand needs and provide scalable and compliant trade solutions.

Manage and implement change requests while ensuring proper documentation and minimal business disruption.

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in SAP GTS processes.

Support data analysis and reporting related to trade compliance and customs procedures.

Evaluate international trade regulations and laws through SAP GTS solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference Management.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and production support for SAP GTS.
  • Deep understanding of SAP GTS integration with core ERP modules (SD, MM, and TM).
  • Good knowledge of international trade processes, export/import regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in handling functional specifications, test cases, and training documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
