
Sales Growth Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Attends Pre-Bid Meetings
- Searches Lead Publications to identify new opportunities
- Coordinates the proposal development process
- Scheduling and facilitating pursuit win strategy meetings, proposal kick-off meetings, and other related activities, establishing timelines and deadlines
- Reviews RFP and bid/qualifications request documents so that client requirements are clearly understood
- Works with assigned Manager of Strategic Partnerships to prepare the Proposal Outline & Responsibilities form, in line with the win strategy plan
- Works with the Manager of Strategic Partnerships to prepare a proposal schedule that includes ample time for submittal development, red team review, production and delivery
- Coordinates the proposal and presentation effort, working with assigned resources (e.g. Graphic Support, Technical Team - Estimating, Construction Operations, Building Systems, etc.) to procure and organize all submittal elements
- Tailors proposal narratives, resumes and project profile write ups as needed, including accurately proofing and editing text
- Monitors progress and reports status of all submittal elements to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships and assigned resources on a continuous basis to ensure the timely and quality preparation of a submittal
- Coordinates Executive approvals as needed
- Maintains current pursuit data in CRM application
- Works with the pre-approved vendors during production, printing, and packaging of the submittal to ensure a quality final product
