As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity, developing compelling content and campaigns, and collaborating with external partners to drive business results.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create visually stunning content for social media, product packaging, emails, campaigns, and e-commerce platforms
  • Develop pitch decks, catalogs, and promotional assets that bring our brand to life
  • Plan and edit engaging Instagram Reels, how-to videos, and brand campaigns
  • Collaborate with designers and photographers to ensure polished and aesthetic video content
  • Design salon marketing materials, including tent cards, brochures, and standees
  • Help bring events and pop-ups to life with visual branding
  • Maintain consistency across every touchpoint, turning brand strategy into scroll-stopping creative
  • Stay ahead of trends in design, beauty, and digital storytelling, pitching creative concepts and campaign ideas that set us apart
  • Manage our e-commerce catalog, ensuring accurate and attractive content, excellent imagery, and A+ cataloguing
  • Regularly update homepage banners, product pages, and blog content, using SEO tools to boost discoverability
  • Build out social media calendars, design and post content, engage with our community, and track performance
  • Review monthly reports, ad performance, and social insights, turning numbers into ideas for marketing strategy
  • Source and collaborate with influencers, creators, and vendors, managing external partners for print, design, packaging, and more

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Canva
  • Understanding of SEO, web content, and digital user experience
  • Ability to write smart, snappy captions and emails
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative fearlessness
  • Passion for the beauty, wellness, or fashion industry, or willingness to learn
  • Editing skills, specifically for reels
