Job Title: Oracle EPM FCCS, ARCS & EPBCS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM consultant with expertise in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The role involves end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications to drive accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective planning & forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions.
  • Work with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and transfer knowledge to business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS (design, build, and support).
  • Solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations, and planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, and Reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and FP&A processes.
  • Ability to work in both project implementation and support environments.
