Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Financial planning and analysis professionals are essential to the success of any organization, responsible for driving business growth through informed decision-making. This role will play a key part in providing strategic insights, financial acumen, and analytical expertise to drive efficiencies across the business.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes that support business strategy.
  • Design and deliver high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs that meet senior leadership requirements.
  • Promote strategic initiatives including optimization and cost reduction projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable financial insights and recommendations.
  • Present actionable financial insights to leadership to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA professional with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. The role requires advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI. Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting is highly valued.

  • Technical & Analytical:
    • CA with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
    • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts.
    • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
  • Soft Skills & Business Acumen:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and execution mindset.
