IT Strategist

We are seeking an IT Manager to define and manage the IT infrastructure, Applications, IT hardware definition and refreshments, network systems within the organization.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for IT support, providing guidance to IT Support Specialists, as well as addressing and resolving IT issues.

• Plan and manage the annual IT Infrastructure OPEX budget.
• Operate, monitor and develop our SAP S4/HANA systems.
• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, in line with established guidelines.
• Manage local IT infrastructure in the plant/subsidiary to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead for the assigned organization.
• Adapt and integrate Krones Group IT guidelines and policies into the region.
• Serve as a liaison between the business units and technical IT teams.

This position requires strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks.

Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3, and experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies is preferred.
