Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end cloud migration projects, including Lift-and-Shift and Re-Platforming.
  • Evaluate existing on-premises infrastructure, perform assessments of workloads for Azure migration using tools like Azure Migrate and ASR, and define comprehensive cloud readiness plans.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform to automate deployments and management.
  • Collaborate with application owners, network engineers, and security teams to architect cloud-based solutions. Ensure strict adherence to security, compliance, and cost management best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Azure Infrastructure: Expertise in Azure compute, storage, networking, and security services.
  • Cloud Migration: Extensive experience with cloud migration methodologies, including Lift-and-Shift, Re-Platforming, and Re-Hosting.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Azure Migration Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).
  • High Availability & DR: Demonstrated ability to design resilient and disaster recovery-ready solutions.
  • Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of implementing cloud security controls, governance frameworks, and cost management best practices.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various technical teams.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role is required.
