Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a qualified architect/designer at Praxis Group's office in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing concept and detail design, design management, BOQ and tendering for the successful execution of design projects. The role will involve collaborating with clients, consultants, and other team members to develop and implement end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on leads provided by management for designing, site visits, space planning, and creating presentations.
  • Understanding and incorporating materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Monitoring the work of other designers and making recommendations or scheduling revisions as required.
  • Design coordination with contractors and suppliers.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and project requirements are met.
  • Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Preparing attractive PowerPoint presentations with mood boards/concept designs and sketches.
  • Presentation of design to existing and prospective clients with fluent communication and confidence.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Architecture or related interior design field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1-2 years of experience in design projects, with exposure to a professional work environment in interior design.

Software: CAD/Sketchup + Photoshop proficiency
