As a financial professional, you will play a key role in managing our day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records.

Job Purpose:

Our finance team needs your expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily accounting entries including journal vouchers, payment/receipt entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards and company policies.
  • Reconcile client ledgers, broker accounts, bank statements, and depository records.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, profit and loss statement, and balance sheet.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances relevant to the industry.
  • Support in audits (statutory, internal, and regulatory audits).
  • Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for accounting-related queries.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for reporting and audit purposes.
Requirements:
  • CA intern / CA / Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience preferably in a stock broking / financial services company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software e.g. Tally, ERP, or broker-specific back-office software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
