As a Scent Creator, you will develop and refine fragrance compositions for fine perfumes and cross-category products. You will collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to align fragrance creation with brand vision and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and high-quality fragrance compositions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive fragrance development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Perfumer in fine fragrance and/or cross-category segments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful launches and market impact.
• Deep understanding of raw materials, formulation techniques, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work in agile, entrepreneurial environments with a growth mindset.
