Faculty Role in Gemology and Diamond Grading

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable faculty member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classes in Gemology and/or Diamond Grading.

• Teaching: Deliver interactive classes that cover colored stones, synthetics, treatments, the 4Cs, and certification standards.
• Laboratory Sessions: Conduct hands-on lab sessions with professional gem and diamond grading instruments.
• Evaluations: Assess and guide students through theoretical and practical evaluations.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on global standards, industry trends, and best practices.
• Mentorship: Mentor students with academic guidance and career counseling.
• Course Development: Support in course development, paper setting, and evaluations.
• Representation: Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and guest lectures.

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Gemology or Diamond Grading from a recognized institute.
• Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience is highly valued.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential.
