Job Title:

Automotive Repair Specialist

 

  • As an experienced Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to customers in the automobile industry.
  • You will collaborate with our team to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • With a strong background in ITI diploma and 2-3 years of experience in the automobile industry, you will be able to provide expert-level service and guidance to our customers.
  • Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Work closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

 

  • ITI diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in the automobile industry
  • Strong knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
