Financial Operations Internship Opportunity

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in managing financial operations related to Aadhaar-PAN linking for customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, including tracking linking status and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in systems, perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process and follow up on pending documentation and payments.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
