Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
  2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and productivity.
  3. HR Operations and Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, handle employee data, and maintain accurate records.
  4. Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
  5. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, address grievances, and promote a culture of open communication.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for HR may also be considered.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with HR software / applications, basic knowledge of Indian laws and HR compliance, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
