Key Responsibilities:
  • High-Definition Visualisation:
    • Collaborate with the design and project teams to generate high-quality 3D models and realistic renders of architectural and interior design projects.
    • Contribute to the development of detailed textures, lighting, and environments to achieve superior visual outcomes.
  • Concept Realisation:
    • Expertly transform 2D plans, sketches, and CAD drawings into visually compelling 3D visuals.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Mastery of industry-standard software such as 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and Sketchup is required.
    • Proficiency in rendering engines like V-Ray is essential.
  • Engaging Animations & Walkthroughs:
    • Collaborate in creating engaging 3D animations and walkthroughs to present design concepts effectively.
  • Project Support & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure visualisations align with project goals.
    • Implement feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
  • Organisational Efficiency:
    • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks without compromising quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a 3D Designer, in architectural or interior design firms.
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling, rendering, texturing, and post-production techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, and composition.
  • Hands-on experience with 3Ds MAX, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or other post-production tools.
