• Sourcing & Research:
  • Identify high-potential DeepTech startups and founders across India's academic and research ecosystem.
  • Establish relationships with technology incubators, accelerators, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market landscaping, sector mapping, and pipeline development.
  • Stay abreast of trends in science-based innovation and breakthrough technologies.
• Due Diligence:
  • Evaluate technology readiness, business models, IP, and founder-market fit.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to support technical and commercial due diligence.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memos and present findings to the investment committee.
• Portfolio Support:
  • Work closely with founders to track milestones, financials, and fundraising readiness.
  • Assist in building post-investment value creation plans.
  • Coordinate with incubators, labs, and academic networks for technical support.
• Fund Operations:
  • Support investment documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain internal databases (deal flow, portfolio, LP reporting inputs).
  • Assist in preparing presentations for LPs, partners, and ecosystem engagements.
