**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to join our Fastappdev team at Nagarro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Mendix applications and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust Mendix applications using agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and Mendix guidelines
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues through thorough analysis and problem-solving
  • Develop and implement UI/UX designs, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Integrate Mendix applications with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Mendix platform features and technologies
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Mendix applications
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
