Mathematical Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mathematical Modelling Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge gaming projects. This role involves applying advanced mathematical techniques to design and optimize game mechanics, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Create and implement mathematical models to solve complex problems in gaming.
  • Analyse and optimise algorithms, game mechanics, and player experience through data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and game designers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop probabilistic systems, scoring, and rewards that drive engaging gameplay experiences.
  • Evaluate and validate models for accuracy and scalability using simulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Mathematical Modelling or Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Probability, Statistics, Game Theory, Numerical Methods, and Applied Mathematics.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, R, Python (NumPy/SciPy) or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
