Creative Art Directors are visual communication leaders who set the tone for brand expression and oversee campaign strategies from inception to completion.
Their primary responsibility is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative content that increases awareness and drives consideration among target audiences.
Key deliverables include:
- Interpreting creative briefs, understanding brand objectives, and designing requirements from concept to execution
- Applying design thinking to solve brand challenges and leading the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums
- Preparing concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, and campaign ideas
- Designing cross-channel creative expressions, including digital, print, motion, and design
- Creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design
To excel in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects, and Premiere Pro.
Additional qualifications include breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands, as well as a genuine love for pop-culture and advertising/marketing.
Experience in digital design and advertising is preferred, with up to 2 years of relevant experience desired.
This role requires a designer who can think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively to drive business outcomes and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
