Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned software engineer with 6 to 11 years of experience in backend development using Python frameworks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern frontend technologies, such as React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
  2. Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly frontend components using React, JavaScript, and CSS.
  3. Architect and implement scalable solutions using microservices architecture within a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes).
  4. Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like GitHub Actions or Terraform.
  5. Collaborate with agile teams, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle with a strong ownership mindset.
  6. Ensure application security, performance, and reliability through continuous optimization and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a backend-heavy focus.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
  • Expertise in frontend technologies: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven expertise in REST API design, including security, rate limiting, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases, such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
