The ideal candidate will drive the discovery phase, conducting research to gather insights on user needs and pain points. This knowledge will be used to craft intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet business objectives and provide a seamless user experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create user-centric design solutions from scratch, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and product managers to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to guarantee consistency across products and promote efficiency in the development process.
  • Design dashboards, forms, and reusable components that streamline workflows and enhance user engagement.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.
  • Prioritize accessibility and inclusivity in all design decisions, adhering to WCAG standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a focus on creating efficient design systems and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • A basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
