Job Title: Vocational Training Officer - Mines

Employment Type: Full-time

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vocational Training Officer to join our team in the mines.
  • This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver vocational training programs for miners, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
  2. Select and train candidates for initial and refresher training, focusing on developing their skills and knowledge.
  3. Align training schedules with production plans to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  4. Develop and implement training modules according to MVTR-1966 guidelines, maintaining compliance and quality.
  5. Update all forms, annexures, and training records as per MVTR regulations.
  6. Maintain accurate records of training and submit regular reports to senior management.
  7. Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards and applicable recommendations, promoting a safe working environment.
  8. Participate actively in safety training, sub-committees, and standard champions meetings, contributing to a culture of excellence.
  9. Prepare MIS reports and update QCDIP and LCM records, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
