We are seeking a seasoned expert in Polarion ALM solutions to lead the end-to-end management of requirements, validation, release management, and safety & product documentation. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and process knowledge in configuring, customizing, and rolling out Polarion solutions across systems engineering domains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and tailoring Polarion ALM to support project-specific requirements, test planning, validation, release, and documentation workflows. They will also design and implement processes, workflows, traceability matrices, and custom templates aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and company-specific quality frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and tailoring Polarion ALM
  • Designing and implementing processes and workflows
  • Leading the rollout of Polarion solutions
  • Developing and maintaining test concepts
  • Managing safety-relevant documentation and ensuring regulatory traceability

The role requires:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion configuration, workflow implementation, and process customization
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage project templates, custom fields, scripts, permissions, and dashboards
  • Experience integrating Polarion with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Doors, Teamcenter, or other ALM/PLM systems
  • Proven track record in delivering ALM solutions within safety-critical or regulated environments

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model methodologies for requirements engineering, validation, change management, and release planning. Experience working in the automotive and/or battery system development sectors is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will work in a SAFe-based agile team, participating in PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-team coordination. Excellent communication skills in English are required, with the ability to train, support, and mentor international, cross-functional teams.
