Job Title: Ind Benefits Analyst

A role that offers a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, requiring the ability to generate reports on member activity and respond to queries from members, providers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administration support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the team, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues
  • Produce and analyze reports to meet the needs of internal and external clients
  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement changes to tools and documentation to support effective service delivery
  • Maintain existing requirements documents and file specifications
  • Lead small client projects, change requests, and renewals, and execute complex testing
Requirements
  • Proficiency in basic tool functionalities for creating, editing, and formatting presentations
  • Excellent business communication skills, including email and conference calls, and fluency in English language
  • Flexibility, initiative-taking, accountability, and a collaborative approach with colleagues
  • Advanced domain knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, logical, financial, math, statistical, and information functions
