About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Compliance Specialist in Travel Management. You will play a key role in ensuring that our company maintains the highest standards of compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating timetables and tasks for interviews, inventory collation, and subsequent evidence collection. You will also track and report progress on remediation activity where required, manage evidence review processes, and proactively coordinate ownership and remediation of findings within allocated timelines.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any gaps in PCIDSS compliance, stay abreast of changes in PCIDSS requirements, and assess PCI readiness. Additionally, you will develop and implement PCI policies and procedures, and monitor and report on our PCI compliance status across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential. You should also be able to prepare and distribute weekly status reporting, including project highlights and identification of any risks or issues detrimental to achieving PCI compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of timetables and tasks for interviews, inventory collation, and subsequent evidence collection.
- Tracking and reporting of progress on remediation activity where required.
- Management of evidence review processes.
- Proactive coordination of ownership and remediation of findings within allocated timelines.
- General administrative processes, including maintaining up-to-date issue and action registers and lessons learnt logs.
- Preparation and distribution of weekly status reporting.
- Reporting to Technology Risk Manager and PCI Steering Committee on progress and risks to timing.
- Escalation of any findings likely to exceed PCI schedule timings.
- Supporting the coordination of technology aspects for multiple concurrent audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
PCIDSS Audits:
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and address any gaps in PCIDSS compliance.
- Stay abreast of changes in PCIDSS requirements.
- Assessing PCI readiness.
ISO Audits:
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure implementation and effectiveness of security controls as per ISO standards.
- Facilitation of continuous improvement of information security processes based on audit findings.
Internal Control Audits:
- Assistance to Risk & Compliance manager in conducting internal control audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and processes.
- Work closely with ETS SME teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance internal control frameworks.
