  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong, client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility in their schedule, with 5 - 8 hours of overlap with EST according to client needs, immediate or up to 1-2 weeks notice, and open to short-term projects such as discovery proposals and 6 weeks POCs.
