Tax Compliance and Financial Reporting:

Your expertise will be critical in ensuring all tax-related documentation is prepared and maintained, and in conducting regular reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations across both US and India entities.

Your leadership abilities, proactive approach to problem-solving, and effective communication skills will be essential in driving the success of the finance team and contributing to the growth of MCLAREN STRATEGIC VENTURES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 34 years of experience in core finance functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close. Qualified CA preferred. Extensive experience in financial regulations and compliance requirements in both the US and India is essential. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Zohobooks, Quickbooks, and MS Office, particularly Excel, are required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently, are essential.
