Job Title: SOX Compliance Manager

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced SOX Compliance Manager to lead our Global SOX Compliance Program. As a key member of the Global Internal Audit team, you will report directly to the Manager Global SOX Compliance.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  2. Generating a quantifiable return for the business by facilitating the Bunge Global SOX Compliance Program and other related activities;
  3. Participating in strategic business activities and supporting internal and external groups on matters related to SOX and internal controls over financial reporting;
  4. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing guidance to SOX team members on SOX compliance requirements;
  5. Keeping abreast of changes in SOX regulations and auditing/accounting standards;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role with at least 2 years of SOX experience as a lead or above;
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance) or equivalent;
  • Sound understanding of processes and controls related to Financial Reporting, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Commodity Trading, Treasury, Tax, Plant, Property & Equipment, Inventory, HR Payroll, etc.;
  • Strong business and risk acumen;
  • Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the company.
