Job Title: BIM Architecture Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Architecture Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in adhering to Building Information Modelling (BIM) Implementation Plans, including model submission schedules and updates reflecting as-built conditions.
  • Deliver client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages.
  • Have technical capabilities of BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300, with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500.
  • Coordinate and develop designs from conception to construction through BIM processes such as 5D and 4D.
  • Manage 3D models, reviewing their quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM and PDF to CAD projects.
