Fleet Operations Specialist

Transforming rail transport for a greener future is at the heart of our mission. We are seeking an innovative and dedicated professional to lead 24-hour fleet operations, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners.

This role offers a dynamic and rewarding challenge where you will:

  • Optimize Depot Resources: Efficiently manage daily depot operations, including space allocation and process optimization.
  • Cordinate Train Movements: Ensure smooth train handovers, movements, and scheduling within the depot.
  • Maintenance Planning & Defect Management: Provide real-time support and management for operational defects and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Reporting and Customer Communication: Submit timely reports and maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Strategic Project Management: Lead projects that align with contractual and business objectives, optimizing fleet management and performance.

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience or understanding of maintenance planning within a rail environment
  • Knowledge of metro train systems and basic troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT tools such as SAP, MS Project, and Maximo
  • Certification in Project Management or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility with working hours to ensure 24-hour coverage
