Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, articulating brand requirements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Brand Requirements: Communicate brand requirements to internal teams and ensure that all projects meet the required standards.
  • Project Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.
