Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to contribute to our technological development.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology offerings and be responsible for technical expertise, supporting consulting projects, and identifying suitable solutions for clients.

You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality digital solutions over the last 7+ years and have a keen interest in applying technology in the sports industry.

  • Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices while helping establish coding standards and team conventions.
  • Advocate for developer experience and continually enhance it.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Lead and influence technical design, architecture, and development of digital projects.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Product Managers to understand problems and define technical scope for global sports properties.
  • Establish software development frameworks for release management, automation, code quality, and source control.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to other engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in software engineering.
  • High proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with experience in Node.js highly desirable.
  • Experience in CI/CD environments using tools like Circle CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Appreciation of DevOps and platform engineering principles.
  • Experience in agile development practices, continuous integration, and test automation via various methods.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Data Dog, Sentry, etc.
  • Strong desire to build efficient applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain solutions and collaborate effectively with others.
