Duckcreek Clarity/ Duckcreek Insight Developer Job Description

As a seasoned professional in policy, billing, and claims modules development, you will work on designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Clarity and Example Author/Server, along with proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, SSRS/SSIS, and data transformation techniques. A good understanding of insurance domain processes (underwriting, rating, forms, rules) is also essential.

You will collaborate closely with actuarial, underwriting, and claims teams to optimize data usage, create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business decisions, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across Clarity implementations. Additionally, you will participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing phases, provide technical support, and troubleshoot Clarity-related issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing Duck Creek Clarity solutions
  • Working on Example Platform versions 6X & 7X
  • Developing data insights and reports using Duck Creek Clarity, SSRS/SSIS, and Snowflake
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data usage
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance
  • Participating in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing phases
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting Clarity-related issues
