Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll lead end-to-end design across mobile, dashboards, and enterprise platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for users
  • Translate AI security features into usable interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems and UI kits
  • Design for both consumer and enterprise use cases
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision

Experience

You will have 8–12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS) with a proven track record of shipping products and platforms. Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms—is also required.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive,
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies
