Our mission is to make coding a valuable tool for understanding and appreciating technology in today's world. We offer carefully crafted coding courses based on tested curriculum to children aged 6-15 years old worldwide.

The role of our teachers is crucial in the overall learning and development experience of our students, as well as upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of curriculum development, trial classes, course delivery, and support services.

We prioritize child-first thinking, recognizing that our students are not only learning coding but also becoming the future leaders of countries, families, companies, and communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver trial classes and convert prospects into long-term customers
  • Adapt and improve the curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Maintain high attendance rates, punctuality, and effective delivery of lessons
  • Develop innovative ideas to enhance students' understanding of coding concepts
  • Foster a deep understanding of each student's interests and tailor lesson plans accordingly
  • Create engaging and productive learning experiences for every child

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching coding to children
  • Child-first mentality and commitment to providing exceptional service

Selection Process: Three rounds: technical assessment, demo class, and behavioral evaluation
