Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled software engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in NodeJS and ReactJS. They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing front-end and back-end applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing clean, scalable, and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing front-end and back-end applications
  • Collaborating directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features
  • Contributing to system design and architecture when needed
  • Ensuring smooth deployment and basic DevOps

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable availability

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
  • Hands-on AWS cloud experience
