You have 6+ years of experience in Ecom in UX/UI, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that drive user engagement and conversion rates. Your expertise in product management, IT, and human management is well-suited for this role. Additionally, your ability to lead and inspire a team of UX and UI designers will be crucial in driving our design vision forward.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall design strategy for our website and mobile app
- Lead and inspire a team of UX and UI designers
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Recruit, onboard, and train external partner agencies as needed
Key Deliverables
- UX revamp for app and website
- Digital delighted customers
- Conversion, click-through rate, bounce rate, web vitals/app performance, A/B tests
Requirements
- 6+ years in Ecom in UX/UI
- 7 years in UX research
