Treasury Head Position

Job Title: Treasury Head

Pakka Limited is seeking a seasoned Treasury Head to oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring efficient management of funds, effective risk management, and accurate forecasting of cash flows.

Main Responsibilities:

• Raise funds on time at optimal cost, leveraging credit monitoring arrangements and project reports
• Develop a robust forex policy to minimize exchange fluctuations and optimize foreign currency reserves
• Maintain optimal foreign currency reserves
• Ensure compliance with all banking requirements and regulations
• Utilize various financial tools, including ECB and FCNRB, to optimize working capital
• Support team members in opening NPS accounts and understanding NPS schemes
• Establish mechanisms for identifying and ensuring compliance with bank, financial institution, and rating agency requirements
• Conduct regular meetings with consortium bankers
• Maximize benefits from banking products related to working capital, reducing capital costs
• Implement host-to-host integration for receivables and payables
• Automate bank entry reconciliation and interest calculations on loans

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization
• Experience in fundraising exceeding 100 Crore+
• Liaisoning and working with banks and financial institutions
• Financial management expertise, including working capital assessment and fund management
• Profound knowledge of ratings and coordination with rating agencies
• In-depth knowledge of forex management
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to disagree and commit, and a bias for action
