Technical Product Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products/platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluate product performance, and transition products from development to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams and thoroughly manage technical/business requirements.
  • Determine product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
  • Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
  • Evaluate technology and architectural roadmap of engineering and ensure it is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
  • Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.
  • Manage schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills to influence and drive results within a global team setup.
  • Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory.
