This is a full-time opportunity to combine hands-on backend development expertise with teaching and curriculum design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute technical knowledge in Node.js, Express.js, Databases, APIs, or MERN stack to support academic and project-based learning.
  • Collaborate in designing, reviewing, and refining backend curriculum and learning materials to reflect industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to students during labs and backend projects, helping them debug, optimize, and scale applications.
  • Work closely with faculty members and instructional teams to align curriculum with industry needs.
  • Mentor students on backend best practices, coding standards, and industry career paths.
  • Stay updated with backend technologies and bring industry insights into the classroom.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer with a focus on Backend Development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Passion for knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and guiding students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior mentoring, corporate training, or teaching experience.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methodologies.
  • Exposure to system design and scalable backend architectures.
