Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the office and staff, managing office supplies, maintaining files and databases, and coordinating procurement and payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office and staff, including managing office supplies, maintaining files and databases, and coordinating procurement and payment transactions.
  • Manage vendor and outsourcing contracts, including negotiation, quality assurance, cost control, risk mitigation, compliance, and effective communication to meet business objectives.
  • Assist in managing office budgets and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in office management, government/local sector associations, and customer/partner relationship management.
  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and travel nationwide.
  • Familiarity with Indian corporate laws, including TDS payment processes and statutory compliance, is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the energy, power, infrastructure, or oil & gas sector is a plus.
