EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to analysts in resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Test all system changes and projects to ensure seamless functionality.
• Support knowledge transfer and other related activities.
• Provide second-level support for service requests and system defects.
• Lead the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects.
• Review and approve root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module.
• Strong techno-functional skills to support complex issues.
• Ability to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
• Experience working on JDE projects with onsite-offshore models for Application Development and Support.

Desired Skills:

• Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labelling solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call.
• Guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues.
